Context

A key challenge for shops was managing daily schedules while toggling between estimates and appointments. Most shops preferred to create a digital estimate before scheduling, leading to frequent context-switching between their estimates and calendar. To streamline this, I proposed embedding a mini schedule view directly within the appointment modal, allowing users to check availability without ever leaving their estimate. After multiple rounds of user testing, we moved forward with the design, which received enthusiastic feedback from users.
