Oil Stickers

Context

Shopmonkey's ultimate vision is to be the all-in-one shop software for auto shops, but we frequently heard feedback about a key missing feature: the ability to print oil stickers. Partnering with my PM, I researched user needs and brought these insights to the design phase to create strong default settings for frequency, mileage, and sticker dimensions. Another one of our key tenets was to design for flexibility since no two shops are the same. This project also presented unique challenges, as it involved integrating and testing real-world hardware. Ultimately, we delivered a feature that shops found indispensable—and worth paying for.
